Refund & Returns Policy<\/h1>\n

These terms apply to all purchases made through Parts Donga. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out in this policy.<\/p>\n\n

1. Statutory Rights<\/h2>\n

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights apply regardless of anything else in this policy.<\/p>\n\n

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrectly Supplied Goods<\/h2>\n

Please contact us as soon as a problem is identified. Depending on the nature of the issue, remedies are available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.<\/p>\n

For goods damaged in transit, deliveries must be inspected on arrival. Any damage must be reported to sales@partsdonga.com.au<\/a> as soon as possible, accompanied by photographic evidence of the packaging, labels, and affected goods. Parts Donga reserves the right to reject claims for transit damage notified more than 24 hours after delivery.<\/p>\n

A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained from Parts Donga prior to returning any goods. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s cost.<\/p>\n\n

3. General Return Conditions<\/h2>\n

All returns, where accepted, are subject to the following conditions. Goods must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original unopened packaging. Items that have been fitted, tested, or removed from original packaging will not be accepted for return under any circumstances outside of statutory ACL rights.<\/p>\n\n

4. Incorrect Part Selected by Customer<\/h2>\n

Correct fitment depends on accurate vehicle or equipment information being provided at the time of ordering. Where an incorrect part has been ordered as a result of inaccurate details provided by the customer, return requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where a return is accepted, customer-paid return freight and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item value will apply. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility \u2014 including VIN, serial number, model code, and engine specification \u2014 prior to placing an order.<\/p>\n\n

5. Exclusions<\/h2>\n

The following items are not eligible for return outside of statutory ACL rights: special-order and indent parts procured specifically for the customer; electrical and electronic components; any item that has been installed, used, or tested; items removed from or with damaged original packaging; and hazardous or fluid-containing goods.<\/p>\n\n

6. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned goods have been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law. Where a buy-now-pay-later facility was used, refunds are processed back through the relevant provider and subject to that provider’s processing timeframes.<\/p>\n\n

7. Core \/ Exchange Units<\/h2>\n

Where a product is supplied on a core\/exchange basis, a refundable core deposit applies. Cores must be returned within 30 days of invoice date \u2014 complete, clean, drained of all fluids, and in a rebuildable condition. Non-serviceable, incomplete, or late core returns may result in a reduced or forfeited deposit and may attract additional surcharges.<\/p>\n\n

8. International Orders<\/h2>\n

The same conditions apply to all international orders. Return freight for international shipments is at the customer’s cost in all circumstances unless agreed otherwise in writing by Parts Donga prior to dispatch. Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars and any currency conversion variance is outside our control. Import duties or taxes paid on the original shipment are not refundable by Parts Donga.<\/p>\n\n

9. Australian Consumer Law<\/h2>\n

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and your ACL rights, your ACL rights prevail.<\/p>\n\n
